Shanteau McFadden is the CEO and founder of Final Touch Construction LLC, a MWBE-certified construction management firm serving commercial clients, general contractors, and developers across New Jersey.

With over six years of experience running a construction company from the ground up, Shanteau brings a rare combination of field knowledge and back-office expertise to every project she touches. She holds an OSHA 30 certification, NCCER Core Construction credential, Turner School of Construction Management, and completed the NJ Schools Development Authority Contractor Training Program. FTC LLC is dual-certified MWBE through the State of New Jersey and the Port Authority of NY & NJ, a distinction that reflects both her commitment to excellence and her place at the table in New Jersey's commercial construction market.

Shanteau is also a proud Navy wife, a role that has shaped her resilience, discipline, and ability to lead under pressure. That same grit shows up in how she manages projects, builds systems, and shows up for the contractors and clients who trust her with their work.

Beyond FTC LLC, Shanteau leads two additional ventures rooted in the same mission. Through BuildCove Co, she brings hands-on construction and woodshop education directly to high school students, planting seeds in the next generation of builders before they ever set foot on a job site. Through BuildHer Circle, an initiative under Pathfinders Unite Consulting LLC, she teaches women how to break into construction office roles and business ownership through digital products and one-on-one services, because the industry doesn't just need more women on the tools, it needs more women running the room.
